debit card numbers, and/or financial account numbers.
- Processing – any operation or set of operations which is performed on Personal Data or on sets of Personal Data.
- Data Subject – a natural person whose Personal Data is being Processed.
- We/us (either capitalized or not) – Biz Dev Ski & Snowboard Club, Inc. (also, Biz Dev, Biz Dev Ski, “The Bizdevski’s”).
- Website – The website that you are currently using, bizdevski.com, and any subdomains of this site unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

- Right to lodge a complaint – In the event that we refuse your request under the Rights of Access, we will provide you with a reason as to why. If you are not satisfied with the way your request has been handled please contact us.
- Right to withdraw consent – You have the right withdraw any given consent for Processing of your Personal Data.
Californial Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once per year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. SECTION 4 – Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, signing up as a member, guest, sponsor or partner of our Ski & Snowboard Club, or other direct contact from you. We will never sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g., to inquire about our products and services.
As part of the process in downloading Biz Dev information, you will be asked to provide an e-mail address and other contact information, as appropriate. This information may or may not be necessary, depending upon the action being taken. In some instances Biz Dev Ski & Snowboard Club, Inc. may require an e-mail address for enrollment into a promotional agenda. In all other instances, an opt-out option will be offered.
We process your Personal Data in order to fulfill obligation rising from law and/or use your Personal Data for options provided by law. We reserve the right to anonymise Personal Data gathered and to use any such data. We will use data outside the scope of this Policy only when it is anonymised. We save your billing information and other information gathered about you for as long as needed for accounting purposes or other obligations deriving from law, but not longer than 13 months.
We may process or share data based on the following legal basis:

We only work with Processing partners who are able to ensure adequate level of protection to your Personal Data. We disclose your Personal Data to third parties or public officials when we are legally obliged to do so. We might disclose your Personal Data to third parties if you have consented to it or if there are other legal grounds for it.
SECTION 7 – Third-Party Services
Biz Dev Ski & Snowboard Club, Inc. will not sell or release identifiable visitor information to any third party without your permission and will limit disclosure of information to the following, where we believe in good faith that it is required to do so in response to a Subpoena or other legal process; where reasonably required to do so in order to maintain, update or otherwise implement Biz Dev data security measures, equipment, technical operations, etc.; or where reasonably necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against persons or entities to preserve and/or enforce Strategic Development Partner’s rights.
Biz Dev Ski & Snowboard Club, Inc. makes all efforts to protect the confidentiality of all visitors and will never knowingly allow access to this information by any third party. We have made a significant investment in our server, database, backup and firewall technologies to protect information assets. These technologies have been installed as part of a complex security architecture and protocol.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our website is at your own risk. You should only access the services within a secure environment.
Even though we try our best we can not guarantee the security of information. However, we promise to notify suitable authorities of data breaches. We will also notify you if there is a threat to your rights or interests. We will do everything we reasonably can to prevent security breaches and to assist authorities should any breaches occur.

Biz Dev Ski & Snowboard Club, Inc.s’ Web site is a general audience site and is not directed to, or intended for, children under the age of 16.
